Why is my hair falling out?

Im a young teenager who eats healthy, hasn't lost Weight i don't take any medications but yet my hair is falling out I've dyed it 5 months ago but its not the first time and has never caused a problem but I've been feeling dizzy lately and week I've also had pain on my upper right side, although i think that is my spleen when i has sick a couple weeks ago we went to the er with the same intense pain and found an enlarged spleen and the pain once again is persisting.my hair is falling out in clumps at the follicle I haven't used much product in the past month either I am a female and i do realize that to be sure i need to go to the doctors office we already have plans to go soon
