How do I get the three weapons and the Reaper Skin on inFamous 2?

Ok so when I got the game I got the code for the lightning hook but I also heard that the regular edition which I pre-ordered also came the Reaper Skin and the 3 weapons: Sly Cane, Caveman Club, and the Samurai Sword. But when I went on PSN to get the lightning hook I didn't know how to get the the skin and the three weapons!! I thought you were supposed to get everything in one??!! But apparently the code only unlocked the lightning hook!! PLEASE HELP!!! I want the Reaper Skin and the 3 weapons!!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
