Infamous 2 downloadable content help.?

so i just got my copy of infamous 2 that i had preordered and i noticed i got a promo code for the lightning hook anyways i also had heard you get a reaper skin, caveman club, sword, and sly cane for your preordered copy and i didnt get them is that only for the hero edition? should i call and ask? i am kind of disapointed i didnt get them but i wanna know if it was for the regular edition or hero edition. also if it helps i preordered at gamestop.
