Infamous 2 downloadable content question!?

i heard that infamous 2 is getting some new DLC (Downloadable content) its supposed to be the samaurai sword, sly cooper cane, caveman bat, and a reaper skin. i already pre ordered my infamous 2 copy a month ago but i have the following questions: 1. Do i get these new bonuses with the regular copy of infamous 2? (which i pre ordered instead of the hero edition) 2: Do i still get it even though i pre ordered already or is it only for the people who pre order now? 3 I pre ordered at gamestop are these downloads only available through certain stores or can i still get them from gamestop?
