Can I semi-permanent dye relaxed hair?

So, I bleached my hair and dyed it purple about 3 weeks to a month ago. I relaxed it today, and it fell out in clumps :/ but I'm not going to worry about that because the damage is already done.. Anyway, it stripped my color in my hair, so tomorrow can I go buy semi-permanent purple and dye it? I have african american hair. Just let me know soon please so I can know what to do, cause right now it's blonde, and yeah no :P So let me know?
