What is this south park episode?

One of the girls grows boobs or something. They call them mosquito bites. All the guys turn into cavemen and refer to them as ah tah's. The 2 scenes that I remember is them inviting her to throw stuff at cars and thats when they all turn into monkeys, and stan's dad talking to stan about ah tah's.
