How do remote tribes deliver babies?

This may sound stupid....But I'm just curious...How do tribes, like the ones in Africa, who live off the land and don't see much city life, deliver babies? How do they know how to deliver a baby the right way...And what happens if the baby would need a "c section" or if something goes wrong? And what about the cavemen? Lol.
