Do I have a tapeworm?

I am a 27yr old male and over the past few weeks, I have noticed weird things in my feces...sometimes it looks like little 1/2 inch square flaps with a small "tail" connected to the top right that are gray in color, other times little red clumps that float. just recently strands/ropes about 2-3 inches long and 1 mm wide that look like mucus and are dark green/brown. I have healthy appetite and no other symptoms besides bowel movements hurting my stomach and smelling extra bad. I should also add that I chew and smoke tobacco daily, and my diet has not been the best recently, a lot of fast food plus I haven't worked out in over a month. Could this be tapeworm or something else? Concerned!
